Important update for 2026

To help us streamline event setup and offer more flexible booth pricing, vendors are now responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. We will no longer have these items available onsite.

BOOTH SELECTION & PRICING

Single booth (10' x 5')

$430 CAD + Tax

Double booth (20' x 5')

$860 CAD + Tax

To book a double booth, simply select two adjacent spaces highlighted with the same colour. Both spaces must be booked together in one transaction.

CATEGORY SELECTION POLICY

To ensure a diverse and engaging experience for attendees, vendors are strategically placed based on category. You must select the category that most accurately represents your primary merchandise. Important: selecting an inaccurate category is strictly prohibited and may result in booth relocation or cancellation without a refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. As of 2026, these items are no longer available onsite.
A booth is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Unpaid reservations may be released without notice.
Vendors must select the category that most accurately represents their primary merchandise. Inaccurate category selection may result in booth relocation or cancellation without a refund.
Booths are colour coded by category on the mall map. You may only book a booth that matches your selected category.
Double booths must be two adjacent spaces in the same colour group, booked together in one transaction.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, insurance, permits and any required food-handling certification.
The Events Co. reserves the right to adjust the floor plan and booth assignments as needed for the safety and flow of the event.
This booth reservation cannot be processed without a completed and signed Vendor Request Form.
